Debbie Cavanaugh, the founder of Big Sky Advisors, has dedicated herself to helping individuals and families achieve financial security and success for over 40 years. Debbie’s journey started in 1983 as a financial planner and field trainer for IDS/American Express. In 1991, she founded her own limited broker/dealer, which she later dissolved to focus on her true passion: helping people.

With her wealth of experience in investment strategies, Debbie launched Big Sky Advisors to offer independent, personalized financial planning services to clients across western Montana. She strives to help people navigate the complexities of personal finance and make informed decisions that will benefit their financial futures.
